you should add a SSD drive for the OS system which would make a big difference in how responsive the system is.

yes, but then you would be better to add the SSD now, and the 1TB later to get the benefits right away. But yes, you can add it later and transfer your drive/OS to the SSD and it will be fine.

The build is overkill for 1080p 60hz. Step up to 1440p /144hz or else drop to a 1060.
