This is for starter:

  • SLI capable motherboard
  • i7-6700K for OC
  • air cooling for CPU
  • high-speed RAM
  • GTX 1080 to offer good performance on 4K
  • blower type GPU to push hot air outside the case, not inside
  • good quality PSU for allowing 2nd GPU later on.
  • full version of Windows to allow reinstallation on future machines (motherboards).

You can tweak the parametric searches, change models around for your liking. Larger display? Larger resolution? Different GPU? etc.

Sorry, it's not excatly clear for me. How much budget do you have for this?

It's gonna be a gaming PC, right? What games would you like to play? On what resolution? On what graphics settings (low/med/high/ultra)?

Do you need an operating system?

Do you want to overclock?

$200-300 USD per week or month that you can spare for a machine? How long would you wait for it to complete? By the way I would save up enough money first, and would not start buying before. During your start and end time the market could change a lot.

4K graphics as cheap as possible. 60Fps titles mainly wow, witcher 3, rise of tomb raider, new ff7 remake. I underatand the market will flux but my option is piece by piece until its done. Im willing to wait on parts the i7 6700k is for video editing and performance

Usually 4k and cheap don't go well along. :)

If you're OK with running games on low-medium graphics or lowering resolution, it could be done "cheap". If you want high/ultra graphics, you need a deep wallet... Do you have a limit for the total budget?

Do you need display and keyboard, mouse, sound (speakers/headphones)?

Also, could you please answer the questions asked before? :)

I need everything but the case. I want to overclock but probably wont do it off the bat.
