Need help on first build.

I unfortunately need my first build to be a htpc because I have to take this build with me on a carry on luggage on plane for university. My local shop doesn't have a z170 itx mobo (also cant ship it to Saudi arabia) so i5-6600k is out of the choices. Now my question is that there is only a $16 difference between the i7-6700 and the i7-6700k, is it worth it if I'm not going to overclock it anyway? I'm also concerned that the k version will get hotter due to limited airflow in the case. Thanks for the suggestions.

If you don't mind spending just $16 more on the 6700k it would be kinda nice, but there would be very very little difference in games.
Everything else looks good as long as you're sure a single 250GB SSD is enough storage for you.

I already have an external 1tb hdd for other stuff. I can always get another ssd down the line. Do you think heat will be an issues with the i7-6700k? I live in a very hot country where its always 35 Celsius+ (Saudi arabia)

Since you're not overclocking and you have a decent fan it would be ok, but the 6700 would run cooler.
