First of all, sorry for my bad english. Second, I have an HP 550-127c desktop pc with a top mouted 180w psu. I want to add a graphics card (msi rx 460) but I need more power. Could a normal psu runs well (flip) at the same place as the top mounted psu ? Would it be bad ? I searched a lot on this but no answers ans I really want to know. Thanks for answering and helping me out in this :).

ofcourse it can. Just make sure the psu you intent to buy fits. So don't forget to measure before you buy a psu.
