http://pcpartpicker.com/list/PJzBqk This is my complete build, but I am trying to get closer to the $1400 mark. If you have any ideas on how to do that please share! I am trying to get a pretty good gaming PC that is also very capable to edit/render videos. I would Also really like to keep the dual screens, because I am a huge multi-tasker and want to get back into trading stocks with this build.

Even going with a less expensive H170 motherboard you are still not going to get close to $1400 without dropping one of the monitors, going down to a i5 or going down to a GTX 1060.

This.
If you're sticking with a locked CPU then there's no need to get a board that supports overclocking.
