I've been wanting to get a PC for a while and by this Christmas I may have one I just need to figure out my parts list first. I want to build a great fast PC for streaming and playing some pretty heavy games such as star citizen and with the help of the very nice people on this site I think I've come up with a great, fast, overclock-able PC in my budget of $1200 but I still want to know your guys' opinions of it.

Get the i7-6700K for easy overclocking. Sure, technically you can overclock the i7-6700 through bclk but I would not recommend it unless you really know what you are doing.
