  • 1080P 144hz gaming @ max

  • Might wait on buying the GTX 1080 till the Ti comes out

  • Don't really use that much storage so I really don't need more than 1 1TB SSD

  • PTSD from water cooling, won't switch to it, ever.

  • 2 Intake fans from the front, one on the bottom (closest to the PSU to bring fresh air directly to the GPU) one on the back as exhaust and one on the back of the top as exhaust.

Looks nice, though:

  1. I would consider getting a better value for money SSD. Your pick is of good quality but pretty much overpriced. The Mushkin Reactor 1TB 2.5" SSD for $274.99 performs similarly, maybe somewhat slower (5%?) but costs considerably less.

  2. You can trust the thermal paste shipped with the CPU cooler. No need to buy a different one.

  3. Your memory is overpriced too. You could get cheaper, similar RAM kit; or get faster RAMs for the same price.

  4. I've got concerns regarding the Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard. Scan.co.uk claims it supports high-speed RAMs, but both the ASUS Specification and manual only claims 2400 / 2133 Mhz support.

  • You're right about the thermal paste, did some research on it and it seems more than reliable, took out the gelid.

  • I was worried about the Mobo as well but it's been tested to work up to 3400 on X.M.P. so I'm not all that bothered.

  • Eh, I'd rather not skimp on the SSD, maybe if I were making a budget build would I try that SSD, but atm I'm going to have to stick with samsung mainly for reliability albeit a bit more costly.

  • The RAM suggestion is nice but i'd like to try and keep it black if possible, found these but am currently worried about clearance issues (which is mainly why I went with the corsair brand) https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/3CdFf7/gskill-ripjaws-v-series-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3000-memory-f4-3000c15d-16gvkb

Sale of software and keys from that site often violates the ToS or are resold licenses purchased via fraudulent credit card. Recommending, suggesting, advising, encouraging, hinting, or in any way implying these keys as a solution or option is not allowed on this site.

Sorry.

I edited the original part list and did not notice the suspiciously low price for the OS.

Thanks for doing it for me. :)
