What Should I Upgrade on my PC? For $300

About a year ago I purchased all the parts to build the computer I currently use. It functions perfectly fine and runs most of the games I have tried to play. The one exception so far is Ark Survival. Since then I stopped purchasing games and instead chose to save to upgrade more parts. This is my current build, http://pcpartpicker.com/list/F3BmLD . I was planning on upgrading my gpu, adding another 8gb of ram, and also adding a cpu cooler. I don't believe my PC runs hot but i would like to prevent anything from happening if continuous gaming occurs. Currently the one complaint I have with my PC is the noise it makes when running games. I believe it is one of the fans. I know that i might also have to upgrade my power supply but if possible i would choose not to. For the three new parts or other suggestions I would like to spend around $ 250-300.

Here is a new CPU cooler, a 1060 and another 8 GB of RAM for under $300, that should be plenty for Ark Survival. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cFtJwV
