Hi, my brother plays a lot of skyrim, arma, gmod, and a few other games. He just wants a solid pc build that can somewhat handle the games so he doesn't lag or anything. He doesn't need any peripherals, just the parts in this build (if you wanna change anything). Thanks for the help.

Thanks man. I just don't know how to do budget builds. Any Build over $1k, I gotchu, but anything under $800, I'm like wtf. Looking at these parts, they do look better.

Swap to the 3GB version of the 1060 and you should have enough for the OS.
