If you mean 'power' as in PSU wattage then your answer is Yes.

If you mean 'power' as in performance or powerful then it depends on what monitor, and what games you will be using.

Also, is there a specific reason why you used 4 ram sticks that aren't even available to you? I suggest you just get a 2x8gb ram kit.

Aha whoops didn't realise you were in the US. the ram is available however I still suggest you got 2x8gb. Just go for the cheapest 2x8gb 288 dimm ram set
