so I have a budget of around 300 dollars and have come up with this PC list. I plan to use it for PC gaming and maybe some light editing. I went a bit over budget so if you have any suggestions for parts to lower price or increase price without a significant raise in price. also if there any pieces that are being severely bottlenecked please tell me. i also don't include mail in rebates. link to my part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/PJgw3F

There's not much corner to cut, maybe you can get $1 cheaper DDR4 and $5 cheaper 2GB version RX 460, but i don't think that's worth it. Go with mark5916 build and change the mobo only, since AsRock brand seems more reputable than ECS.
