$600 AMD BUDGET BUILD... NEED HELP!

Hi peeps. First off. If you are taking your time to help. I thank you! As the title reads. I am wanting to build a $600.00 dollar rig for gaming. Now I won't be playing any big AAA title games. Mostly steam titles like h1z1, rocket league, and other small developer style games. Oh and league of legends. That being said I would like to play these games and others like them at 1080p & 60fps+ consistantly. This is why I also say amd. As I believe it will be the only way possible to achieve this. Again any help is grately appriciated.
