What graphics quality would you prefer to play the games on? (Low/med/high/ultra)

And on what resolution? (1080p, 1440p, 4K)

This is a much better build:

stronger CPU
no need for an aftermarket CPU cooler
cheaper RAM
better motherboard with more PCIe lanes, M.2. support, better audio codec
better GPU that supports DX12. (See comparison here.)
no need for a sound card, the built in is good enough
no need for all those case fans, you PC is not going to build up tons of heat. And you can buy more fans later of anyway. :)
why do you need a UPS? Drop it and upgrade your GPU to an RX 480 instead.
$50 cheaper than your build.

i would like to have a 4k but 1080p would be better thaen what i have now im still playing at 720p and i would prefer the high quality :)

This GPU can run 4k displays, but not really for games.

You haven't replied why you think you need a UPS. Without that you can get a better GPU.
