What graphics quality would you prefer to play the games on? (Low/med/high/ultra)

And on what resolution? (1080p, 1440p, 4K)

This is a much better build:

  • stronger CPU
  • no need for an aftermarket CPU cooler
  • cheaper RAM
  • better motherboard with more PCIe lanes, M.2. support, better audio codec
  • better GPU that supports DX12. (See comparison here.)
  • no need for a sound card, the built in is good enough
  • no need for all those case fans, you PC is not going to build up tons of heat. And you can buy more fans later of anyway. :)
  • why do you need a UPS? Drop it and upgrade your GPU to an RX 480 instead.
  • $50 cheaper than your build.

This GPU can run 4k displays, but not really for games.

You haven't replied why you think you need a UPS. Without that you can get a better GPU.

I had to get a cheaper case as well to stay on budget:

Note: maybe you should consider getting a 250 GB SSD instead of the 1 TB HDD. Especially if you can salvage a HDD from an old build.

OP asked prices from Amazon only.

Yeah, he prefers convenience to lower prices, but it's his wish after all.

Yeah, the PSU is not particularly of high quality, but since he is not going to overclock and has a limited budget, it has to do. :)
