  1. That particular motherboard is a little picky about RAM, make sure it will support the RAM module/manufacturer you selected.

  2. You have very little storage on this. 250GB will fill up really quickly and you'll want more storage. I'd add a 2-3TB HDD as a secondary storage so you have somewhere to put files and leave the operating system itself on the SSD.

Other then that looks like a good price for what you're getting, good work!
