First time building a PC and I am in a budget. I don't know if this build is decent or not so I would love to hear your opinions and thoughts on it. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/v4H8Z8 Sorry If I didn't mention this before, but my budget is under $425 I plan on trying to play Overwatch, CS:GO, Dark Souls 3, The Witcher 3, GMOD, Planetside 2, Doom, Fallout 4, and Mafia 3 sometime in the future along with some other games.

This guy made good changes. At this price point you shouldn't be trying to fit in an SSD. Just remember that you will need an OS.

The 860K is out done by the Pentium G4400 for a lot less. The C7 is poinltess and doesn't have good cooling. Way too much for that PSU. Also you need a case.

i'm not sure if could be considered a console "killer" but it could perform at least as good as a console and maybe a bit better

I just updated it to better parts for an extra cost. Would it still be a killer?

I updated the my parts list to parts that were better worth using. I'd like your thoughts if it could run the games even better than my previous build and if the updated build is a lot better if possible. All feedback is appreciated.

Why the RX 460? I'm assuming its a lot better but I'm trying to stay barely above or under $400

Fair point, I'll be sure to change the HDD, and consider the RX 460.
