Final Build?

will mostly be for gaming 1080p on a 60hz monitor. i have an i7 6700k for emulating ( ps2, n64 and others. plus its only 100$ more over the 6600k so i went for it) and a 1070 to handle games now and and future games down the road at 1080. what do you guys think? most likely ill be waiting till black Friday to buy to help bring the price down.
