Yes.. Even a 750 watts would be fine.

Drop the arctic silver(conductive with a 200 hour setting time), one that comes with cooler is perfectly fine (shin etsu). If you wanted a good thermal paste then arctic cooling

I would get a cheaper SSD as 95 bucks for a250gb ssd is insane.

750W would be enough for sli.

The artic silver thermal compound is old and not needed since the kraken already has thermal compound.

you could get a cheaper ssd like the http://pcpartpicker.com/product/rrvZxr/crucial-mx300-275gb-25-solid-state-drive-ct275mx300ssd1 or http://pcpartpicker.com/product/MZJkcf/sk-hynix-sl308-250gb-25-solid-state-drive-hfs250g32tnd-n1a2a

That optical drive is to expensive. Bit cheaper one with blue ray http://pcpartpicker.com/product/NJh9TW/lg-optical-drive-uh12ns30

rest looks good to me.

Thanks i just picked a random blue ray writer lg one looks fine for my uses i know the ssd is a little on the expensive side but is the 850's speeds worth the extra cost i plan on having this pc awhile boot time is key

if you will just use the ssd for the OS then difference in boot times between those ssd's will be marginal.

I like your suggestions here is the thing this rig will already have many fans and i didnt want it to sound like a jet sucking up my dogs fur scares me the original plan was a loop but basics first.
