I'm trying to build a office pc that is by god not slow and can do the most simplest tasks like internet browsing, Microsoft office, some other business related software, but if you guys here got any suggestions or any feedback about this list please shoot your opinion to my screen.

Everything is a bad choice. Outdated motherboard and CPU, no SSD, you don't need hat case fan, Windows 8 sucks, I don't trust that case, not a good PSU. The only thing you got right was the optical drive-nothing wrong with it, solid performer.
