$1,400 first PC build, I need some feedback

This is my first build, so I'd like to know if I went wrong anywhere in my part choices. My budget is $1,400, but I can go up to $1,450 if the extra money is worth it. This build is meant to play games on ultra at 1440p/60fps. And yes, I realize I picked a 1080p monitor. This is only temporary, as I will be upgrading to 1440p at a later date. If this has any relevance, this build will also be used to listen to music, and I plan on coding and graphic designing in the (far?) future. I will be purchasing the build this weekend. Also, would I need to purchase anything else besides a screwdriver to actually build the PC? And another thing: I'm kind of reluctant on purchasing the H7, as its price has skyrocketed in the past week or so. I've heard that it's a great cooler, but I'm not looking to purchase it at triple its normal price. If anyone could recommend another easy to install and overall quality cooler I'd be thankful. And thanks in advance for any feedback!
