Mainly concerned about the Mobo , also the reason for two 120gb just for symmetry and can't afford two bigger SSD. Just a little (OCD)

Assuming that this is for gaming, even an i3-6100 would beat this. Go Intel right now as AMD is lagging behind by a very large margin

If you're going AMD due to pricing constraints, I suggest at the very least going top shelf with something like this. If you remove the 2nd SSD, go for a less flashy case, you can go full bore, 4 GHz, 8-core on the processor for roughly the same price.
