Low noise home server

Hi, I'm looking to build a home server for around £500 that will be used for Plex, file storage and possibly rendering (the gpu is a spare one I already have and would only be connected if needed). I'll add a few more HDDs in time but 4TB should certainly be a good start. Here's a parts list that I've come up with, I'd love to hear some suggestions on if I can get better value for my money:

I would build this. It is not too much above your budget of $500 so i hope it will be ok.

Hi thanks for your reply. I only mentioned rendering as a possibility, chances are that I wouldnt do it on the server and instead just use my main PC for rendering. Because of this I don't spend too much on the CPU just for media/filesharing. The SSD looks good for a cheaper alternative.

The gtx 780 is a quite power hungry card so i would suggest a evga 600b which is the next step up from what is in it already. Also i would go with a cpu with more cores if you are going to be rendering. I would also go for a cheaper ssd because it won't effect load time much but that wont matter that much on a home server.
