Not reliably at max settings. Dual 1080s are required to get reliable 60fps at 4k. You'd be far better off getting an i5 with dual 1080s compared to the very price-inflated setup you have listed there.
Hmm, after rechecking the benchmarks I can't think of any excuse other than my memory failing me. Sure enough, it regularly gets 45-60fps on high-ultra. My mistake
Depends which games though, R6S plays crappy on my 1080, I get about 100 fps on high at 1080p, but that could just be R6S. Assassin's Creed Syndicate is about the same if not lower.

I'd recommend this, it will MAX 4K games instead of ~45FPS for most games.
Those fans don't make any sense since they aren't quiet and the case is a silent case. You can get a better CPU cooler for cheaper. Too much for that RAM at that speed.
Woulent the cpu bottle neck the gpus?
