I'm about to buy the parts for this build and wanted to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes. Mainly unsure if I could get a cheaper motherboard if I'm not worried about OC but any suggestions are appreciated.

Why are you getting DDR3? Get a motherboard that supports DDR4 and get compatible RAM.

Get an EVGA G2 unit or Corsair RMx for the PSU. No idea why that PSU you have is so expensive.

Also if you don't plan on overclocking there's no reason to get an unlocked chip.

Get a motherboard that supports DDR4 and don't mess with ones that are on DDR3. Waste of money even though you think you're saving some.
