Assistance Highly Needed-First time build

Alright. I am a first timer, though I already know a good amount about PC parts. I am already on my maximum budget, so any higher price tags won't help me here, unless it's a big difference for $50. Preferably, I would like to stay in the $1200-1300 range with the keyboard, montior and so on. Anyway, are these good specs?

I plan on using the pc for mainly game design, Photoshop, video editing, a fair amount of gaming, and some school work, and web surfing/video watching (Not all those things everyday). Please also note I do not plan on over clocking, but I expect to play at 1080p 50-60fps, and probably not any better. I need some people with good knowledge on what I can improve on for minor amounts of money, or if I don't need something. Thanks

I am not complaining-but how did it turn out more expensive?
