Budget Gaming PC Build - $750 Dollar Budget - Thoughts?

Building my first PC. I just wanted to make sure everything is compatible and there aren't any discrepancies. I went with a white theme, and I'm hoping it turns out well. I'm using an ATX case with a mATX motherboard, mainly because of how much of a bargain the mobo is, and I didn't want to build with a mATX case. I plan on playing games like State of Decay, Rocket League, and occasionally games like Mafia III or GTA V. I don't plan on overclocking, which is why I went with the i5-6500. Please let me know what you think, I'd love some feedback!

Spending an extra $10-15 for an SSD with just 35gb more doesn't seem necessary. Only using it for startup. Using my external hard drive for everything else. Also doesn't make sense to pay $70 for a power supply less powerful than the one I have picked out, which is $52. Using 2x4GB RAM doesn't seem like a bad idea though.
