First PC Build Please Help

Hey, I am doing a pc build for my first time. I would like some feedback if possible. Should I add a ssd. How should I decrease the price or upgrade the performance. I will be video editing and playing games like TF2, GTA 5, Black Ops 3 and Minecraft. I need a computer able to do these things at 60FPS or higher on medium settings in a small itx build. Please let me know what I should change and if everything is comparable. Thanks. I am trying to go with a white/red/black theme and I may add LED strips.

Change the PSU as the older CX series is not a good choice. The newer CXM450/550 and 650 are good choices.

I would jump on the CXM450 going for 25 bucks with promo and mail in rebate. It is an excellent deal.

The Prodigy M is a micro atx case, why not get the Prodigy ITX case? You can get the RX480 or GTX 1060 with the save money or keep the RX470.

As for the SSD, I would get the SSD first and then buy the data HDD to avoid having to move the OS.

You'll want at least 16gb RAM for minecraft at 60fps. You should add a small, 60gb SSD just as a boot drive and maybe for a few apps, but if I were you, I'd just go with this:
