Get a better PSU.

Why are you getting a mini itx motherboard and ATX case?? Get a cheaper case and a micro atx board. If the reason is wifi, you can get a wireless card.

I wouldn't bother with arctic silver..

You can get the slightly larger MX300 and EVGA card.
