Can I install windows from a USB

I'm looking to buy windows 10 from a reddit seller and moving it to a usb. I want to plug that usb into my newly build pc and use it instead of a disk. I don't have an optical drive and I don't want to go out and get one. If i can use a USB then is it as easy as plugging it in and installing it or is it very complex? Finally, could someone send a link to a tutorial on how to do it, thanks

ok. once i have the key on a usb, what do i do next? It would be great if you could link a video. I just watched a video and they said that i still need a disk. The seller will only give me a verification key but i still need a disk to download windows
