Opinions and Recommendations for Build

Hi, I'm building my first custom PC with a budget of under £650 - 700. I have created a list that I would like others to recommend different parts if needed. I already have a case, storage device, psu, operating system and optical drive and so I'm not including it in the price. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/VPorter/saved/#view=3bzYJx or https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/VPorter/saved/#view=3bzYJx

I think you did a pretty good job. Only things I would ask is if you're sure that your case, storage device and psu are compatible with the new parts.

If you can I would hold out a little longer to buy the parts, I'm anticipating some really good sales towards the end of November. Especially with the 1070.

Last thing, are you sure you need the B150 chipset? What about H110, with a 1x16gb ddr4 ram module, it would probably save you around $50.

What about this: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/GYH48d/asrock-motherboard-fatal1tyz170gamingk4 I may upgrade later and so I that is way I thought about the above because I heard it is a lot quicker and has potential for overclocking if I want to upgrade my cpu.
