I have a prebuilt pc with no gpu (didnt wanna ask for one when i got it since i got the comp for free)

i have an i5-4570 cpu, 12gb of ram, a 460 watt psu (will be getting a better one soon)

heres the full part list since it is an hp pre built. http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c04453446

im asking for help since i dont know what a good gpu would be and if a newer one would be bottle necked by my cpu or ram.

I mostly play csgo, PoE, WoW, Dota, portal, and am planning on getting into heavier games.

Yeah I'd recommend getting a power supply before the GPU. What's your budget?
