If youre going for a budget build, you can probably save money by getting a case with a built in PSU.

ah okay, i was going to say non-k cpus come with a cooler, but if its used it might not come with a cooler, check with the seller to see if yours comes with a cpu cooler or not.

but, buying a used one and buying a cooler separately is probably a better value than buying a new cpu with a cooler included. i have my own opinions about used electronics, but all im going to say is just make sure the seller is reputable.

It said CPU ONLY, and yeah i always do. I just swaped out a 1tb storage for 4 ram slots so i can have alot more ram now.
