Motherboard help please!

Hello, I have this motherboard picked out but apparently the PCIe lanes are 16x8 and not optimized for SLI. I was wondering why it was so cheap, is there a similarly priced motherboard that will give me full capability, overclockable etc or am I going to have to pay an extra $100—$150 for a good mobo? Thanks! PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

I want to leave myself open for good SLI in the future if I find the need for another GPU
