Should I keep my old CPU?

Looking to do a pretty decent upgrade. In my current system, I have a i7-3770K and I've been using it for about 4 years now. Getting a i7-6700k seems like a lot for what i need so i was thinking an i5-6600k but if i already have a good enough CPU, i could spend some more on other parts.

Im pretty set on this build, and I dont need anything extra parts that are not on this list.

Also, I do want to be able to stream on this PC so should an i7 be the go-to?

Was doing some research and it looks like the i5-6600K looks like the all round better CPU. I would definitely go for the i5. Also that i7 is last gen so it wont be compatible with your motherboard and DDR4 that you chose in your part list. Last thing really quick, that water cooler looks a little over kill for i5 unless you are going to overclock but it will make your PC look cool! :) Oh yeah, if you are to stream i7 6700K would be the one you want, it's just the best lol

I think ill get the i5 then cause the only kind of games i would stream arnt that intensive (LoL, CSGO, Rocket League). I agree with you on the cooler. I don't have a lot of experience with overclocking but I definitely want to give it a go. I appreciate the reply :)
