If nothing else, get a GTX 1050 rather than a 950. Z170 is only necessary if you're planning for a K chip later. If not, we can make some modifications: Dual channel RAM, 500 GB HDD, slightly better PSU. It's still a little over $450, but less than your original list. If you're not concernced about 4 RAM slots or M.2, the MB in Porkyville's list will save you a bit.
