Any advice on my entry level/mid-range streaming PC?

As the title says, this is supposed to be an entry level/mid-range rig designed for streaming video games at 1080 60 FPS. I am trying to keep it near $800, maybe $850, I can beg somebody for $50. Any recommendations are welcome provided that they are in the price range and feasible! Thanks! ;)

My build:

I am rather worried about that compatibility note, if anybody can confirm whether or not it will fit that'd be great. I also plan on adding a 3 TB HDD down the road, but for now I need to get it up and running, and I want to install on a SSD. Everything else is pretty self explanatory to me, but ask if you have any questions.

Inb4 Xeon is a server CPU Yes, but it functions just as fine for what I need it to do, so shush all ye naysayers!

Nice build but I recommend current gen parts.
