Get a DDR4 board and RAM. It's not any more money. If you need a specific feature, we can help you find one that has it. GTX 1050 is out now for about the same price as a 950, and is faster. Modular PSUs are really nice to work with, and you can get one for about the same cost.

Get DDR4-2133 RAM modules, not DDR3-1866. DDR3 is not compatible with Skylake.

Get the Corsair 500W PSU instead, it's cheaper for pretty much the same performance.

Instead of the 950- if you can spend $20- $40 more get an RX 470 or a GTX 1050/1050 Ti.

Skylake can take DDR3 or DDR4, depending on what the manufacturer decides to build into the motherboard.
