Alright, So I built a PC, and I am to the point now where I need to install Windows. I wanted to use the preexisting Windows 7 that was on my PC I cannibalized the HDD from. It booted into Windows 7 one time, now it is stuck on the Windows 7 repair loop, and because my key is OEM, I can't get a bootable drive online from Microsoft. So I want to know if I can go get a USB install version of Windows 10 and install that. Also I want to know if it will have any issues if being that there is the messed up files of Windows 7 on there. Thank you for the help!

Full retail Windows 10 versions has option to delete partition(s) during the installation process.
