Quick Question - First Time Builder

I'm trying to verify, can I use this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-8260-NGWMG-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-8260-802-11ac-2x2-Bluetooth-4-2-pci-e-/322262323166?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368#rwid

with this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130939&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I'm pretty sure I can, but the last time I posted this question on here, someone told me that I couldn't. On the Motherboard's webpage, I think it says that I can. Please help. I'd love a second opinion. Don't want to buy a Wireless-AC I can't use.
