Is this the right build? My first gaming build

Hey guys, I already have a pc which is 4 years old and I haven't upgraded it ever since, I recently landed a job and I'm just finishing college so I'm saving up for a future gaming build between the following month/3 months. But since this would be my first build I'd like some advice.

Purposes of the build: - Mainly gaming (1080p60fps-ultra or 4k30fps-high/ultra) - Amateur video editing / processing - Programming (it's my job) - Slight overclocking (I don't want a custom water cooling setup)

I have doubts about the motherboard. graphics card (the brand; I'll totally get the 1080) and case mostly.

So.. this is the list I came up with:

PS: the monitor... I know, it's just the one I currently have but I'll upgrade to a 4k one later (it's not my main concern).

Change the CPU cooler to a Scythe Fuma as it outperforms the 212 EVO by a long shot and is a great value.

Didn't know that one, thanks :) BTW, do you have any insights of this one vs Corsair H100 in terms of cooling and noise levels?

The cooling should be about the same and the fuma wins the noise war.
