I have already ordered the ram so I can't really change the motherboard. I am new to building pc so I wanted to know if there is something missing.

Uhh, sure you can, ddr4 works in most current gen mobos now, tho not always at such high speed, but quick ram generally doesn't really do all that much for gaming performance when you have such a powerful cpu.

Unless you're streaming/recording gameplay where the extra cores are useful a x99 i7 gives slightly lower gaming performance than a 1151 i7, iirc the first gen x99 reviews when they landed.

A 1070 is rather inadequate for a 4k monitor -

I think 1440p monitor with high refresh provides a better gaming experience than 4k/60hz, tho to be perfectly honest I don't game so maybe I'm talking outta my ***? :D

NEX/g1 psu is not as highly rated as their g2 model so given your budget I'd swap for one of those.
