One tip I have right off the bat is to not put a mini ITX board in an ATX full tower case. Either upgrade your board or make your case smaller.

I can see you want a white and black build. I think you can fit a gtx 1070 into that budget. I've not noticed that much difference in speed loading windows between my m.2 and an SSD so by cutting that and making a few other changes we arrive at this. Add a hard drive down the road.
