Looking for opinions of following build list for a Home Office PC that is only used for basic functions like Internet browsing, email, running MS Office, minor photo editing, ripping DVD's. Do not use for Gaming.

I'm looking at using my existing Video Card, Monitor and 1TB Hard drive (for data) but want to add a SSD for programs.

Appreciate thoughts.

One question I have is do I need a CPU cooler?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers, Mark

You do not need a CPU cooler in this case. After market CPU coolers are mainly used for gaming when the CPU is going to be under a lot of load. Browsing the internet and doing MS Office will not put the CPU under that much strain, so just use the stock cooler.

That is a 47watts tdp CPU, even if under load, the stock cooler will be fine. Only issue is it will be loud.

Use the one included with the cpu.

I would go with the MX300 which is slightly larger for same price

If you can afford to spend more on the PSU get a better one,
