Highly suggest taking a bit of a cut in storage & buying an SSD instead. You have a phenomenally fast build and that HDD is going to bottleneck the crap out of it.

Wait..PC can run with just an SSD? Lol If so then I'd rather do that for now

Yeah it's still a drive; it just runs faster (no moving parts) and generally lasts longer.

Absolutely, my computer doesn't have an HDD, just a 240 GB SSD. Runs great :)

A scythe Fuma would be cheaper and a fair amount better. You don't need any more RAM for gaming. Also a AIO would be a downgrade or a minor upgrade at best if you went with the Fuma. If you are wanting to play games at max settings and hit 144FPS a GTX 1070 isn't going to come close to cutting it, you would want a Titan XP or two GTX 1070's or two GTX 1080's for that. I would just go for a 60Hz screen. I would also get a better mouse and keyboard since you are buying a high end build but a entry level mouse and keyboard and a SSD.
