Hi everyone,

This is my first build and would like to build a machine for photo editing, work(spreadsheets), and starting to get into gaming. I really don't have a set budget. My mentality is purchasing parts that will give me the best price/performance ratio. I'm really open to any suggestions if I can get about the same performance for a cheaper price or vice versa.

Thanks everyone.

Air cooler is usually better for price/performance. Also, you dont need such a large wattage psu. Even for 1070 in SLI a 650W unit is fine. You could also get a cheaper case. I also added a HDD for more storage. Depending on the amount of photo editing you do, you could step down the cpu to a i5 6600k without losing too much performance.
