Will this CPU cooler be too large with my RAM?

Hello all, I was wondering if there will be any compatibility issues with this CPU cooler and the RAM slots on the mobo. This will be my first build and I am not really sure what I am doing. I have done a ton of research and this is what I came up with. I will be using it for FPS gaming and editing videos as a hobby. Let me know what you all think, criticism and compliments alike are welcomed!

Since you're not using a overclockable CPU, you don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler. Only the stock one the CPU comes with.

Thanks, I more so have it in there for noise concerns.

AIO and Air Cooling nowadays are generally at the same noise level. Lower cost ones from both can be loud while the more high quality ones are nice and quiet.

I read stock cpu fans are pretty loud. And a AIO is twice the price of the aftermarket cpu fan listed here no?

Yep stock coolers are loud under load. Obviously the one you selected (bequiet) is way much better. That is nonsense that all coolers are at the same noise level, as air coolers are quieter than AIO. Remember AIO also produce pump noise and fans.

Why are you going with a locked i7 and Z170 motherboard? You can save some money with a H170 or B150 motherboard. Also paying 95 bucks for the 850 evo is insane and you wont have any benefits with that pricing.

I would avoid the corsair SP quiet edition fans which are crap.

I like many of these changes. I have a few questions for you, any reason for the switch from Sapphire to MSI for the GPU? Do you recommend any fans in particular, or should I just stick with the stock fans? And lastly, is the M2 SSD the way to go? I think the mobo you recommended has one M2 connector behind the board.
