http://pcpartpicker.com/list/RNhvbj This is a much better PC for just an extra $30 . I downgraded the monitor because this one is a much better deal and the reviews look great. I managed an i5-6400 and a 1060 3GB, wich is much better than the 1050Ti.

No. You would want a better GPU and CPU for that. Also I would get a 450 watt Corsair CXM which is a better and cheaper PSU. Also that isn't much storage.
