Hi I really wanted my budget to be $1500 for Christmas, but my dad made it $1200, and I need a monitor still as this is my first build. I was looking at an i5 6600k and a 1070 along with a 144hz monitor for around $1480 but it was too expensive, so I went with this. Give me some opinions on anything if I can make it the best of the best for $1200. Thanks I am gonna try to upgrade to a 1080 and an i7 6700k in the future so yea. Here is the build, adjust if needed - http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ny3QGf . I want to run almost ALL games at high-ultra settings at 60 fps my friend has the same processor and a 970 and can run games mostly at 70+ fps except games like ARK survival and Star Wars battlefront which he runs around 50-60 so it's a bit choppy. Also i won't be playing VERY high end games the most high end game i will play is probably GTA or ARK. Thanks ~ Jack

Worked off what you had and got a MSI GTX 1070 in there. That matched with the i5 should Crush Gaming.
