Opinions wanted on photo/video editing build

Hey guys, just wanted your opinion on this parts list I've put together. I'm using some pieces which I already own, but the most important parts will be new purchases.

I'll use it mainly for video editing (offline 4k) and photo editing. Some casual gaming during holidays (KSP/Dota2/Arma3/DarkSouls3).

Any suggestions greatly welcomed. (Side-note: I live in Italy so any rebate deals from the U.S are completely out of the question, all purchases will be made from Amazon in Europe)

Ok. One issue I ran into was 850 EVO availability on Amazon Italy, so Crucial's MX300 was swapped in. Photo/video is RAM hungry, but is it hungry to the tune of 32GB? I don't know a ton about that. Cutting to 16GB, however, leaves room in the budget for a 6700K, and more memory can be added later.

EDIT: NM, the 500GB EVO is on Amazon Italy. It'll cost you an extra 48EUR.

Thanks a lot for your help man! Yeah video editing and rendering is pretty RAM hungry but I could always add more later. You're probably right with the CPU upgrade. Prefer the 850 Evo over the MX300 for the speed. Will the i7-6700 really make that much of a difference over the i5-6600K?

It depends on how well-threaded the applications you're running are. Some benchmarks show a 50% advantage, others slim to none at all. Try to find some tests for the software you'll be using.
