Which one gives lower temperatures. Noise is no issue, neither is price. I just want to know which one cools better.

Definitely the cooler of the year!!

Have you seen the Alpenföhn ATLAS?

Same size as the Noctua Nh-U9S (125mm) and has a 200tdp cooling capacity. Obviously for smaller cases like the Ncase M1
