Is this a good gaming PC?

I've done this so many times, but here is my updated part list. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/khRm3F I am going for a white theme on the inside. I will be playing AAA titles and a lot of CS:GO. I'm set on the monitors so don't ask about that. Anything else, give me some suggestions on what to change or if I'm clear to order everything.

Good except, do you really need that storage?

3tb is still a lot, I had a ton of AAA games and I was using about 750gb, a 2tb will very likely be fine.

No point in getting a wd black, just get a 2tb seagate barracuda or wd blue 2tb

A 6600k would easily fit in your budget with some slight changes and would significantly improve your performance
